At Four on the Floor Pet Care LLC, we are proud to offer reliable pet care services to all of our clients. To ensure we can maintain the highest standards of service, we have established the following policies for our pet care services:


OVERNIGHT CANCELLATION POLICY:

**Deposit Requirements:**

A 30% deposit is required to secure all overnight bookings.


**Cancellations Made Up to 24 Hours Before Service Start Date:**

Clients who cancel their booking anytime up to 24 hours before the service start date will receive a credit equal to the amount of the deposit. This credit can be applied towards future services with Four on the Floor Pet Care LLC and will expire after 12 months. 


**Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Service Start Date:**

Clients who cancel their booking within 24 hours of the service start date will not receive a credit. The deposit will be retained by Four on the Floor Pet Care LLC as compensation for the late cancellation.


DOG WALKING/PET VISIT CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Service:**

Clients who cancel a pet visit or dog walk within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will owe the full amount of the service.


EARLY RETURNS FROM TRIPS/VACATION

Clients returning home early from trips/vacation will be required to pay the full amount for any scheduled services during the initial booking period.
